Please charge the device first, connect the USB to DC5V or power bank, and then try to turn it on.
You can shut down first, then restart the device.
Please check whether the USB cable is in good condition, whether the interface is inserted correctly, and whether the computer USB port is functioning properly.
Please check whether the memory card is inserted into the camera correctly and ensure the card is of good quality. The maximum supported capacity is 128GB (it is recommended to format the memory card before use).
Press “MENU” twice continuously to jump to the date option page. Press "IR-" again to select the date setting option. Select the first setting (date/time) and press the confirm button (photograph button). You can add or subtract the value by adjusting "IR+" or "IR-". When the value is correct, press the confirm button to jump to the next number.
Adjust the infrared level by pressing the [IR+] or [IR-] button. When the number on the left side of the screen disappears, the infrared function is turned off.
Long press [IR+] to zoom in, and long press [IR-] to zoom out.
Please check whether "Auto power off" is set in the menu. If it is selected, please enter the menu to disable this option.
Press MENU + MODE at the same time to reset the device.
