Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Noxaryx. If you need help with a return, please review the policy below and contact us before sending any item back.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and included parts
  • Show no damage, misuse, or missing components

Because opened products may affect resale condition, items that have been opened are not eligible for non-defective returns.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at moses@noxaryx.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns require return authorization from our team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Defective Returns

If you would like to return an item for a non-defective reason, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the following terms apply:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must meet the return eligibility conditions listed above
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee of 10% to 15% may apply depending on the returned item's condition and handling requirements

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. After review, we will help arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items that show signs of damage, misuse, or modification not caused during shipping
  • Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Final-sale, clearance, or special-order items
  • Any item returned without prior authorization

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for inspection, refund approval, and your payment provider to complete the refund posting.
